Phil S was there with his wife and family and I remember being particularly impressed by the ease with which his young son adapted to the environment, and the way he so happily and unquestioning ate the good food we were served - not that he had any reason not to, of course, but to be so young and so worldly in what is a foreign environment by any Westerner's standards, was something!
